Started my journey as a Cricket Coach from 2008 with TEAM, ACADEMY and CLUB

As Coach of the Assam Under-16 team, I led the squad in an international series against the Bangladesh National Under-16 team in Bangladesh. This experience provided the young players exposure to high-level competition, helping them adapt to the pressures of international cricket at an early stage in their careers.

I served as the Coach for Assam’s Senior State Team, competing in India's top domestic tournaments—Ranji Trophy, Vijay Hazare Trophy, and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. I was responsible for managing the team’s strategy, performance analysis, and player development, ensuring they were prepared to perform at their best in highly competitive environments

As the Coach of the Assam Senior State team during the Vijay Hazare Trophy, I focused on building a balanced team capable of excelling in the one-day format. My role involved tactical planning, skills enhancement, and mentoring senior players.

Coaching Assam’s Senior State team in the prestigious Ranji Trophy, I worked to strengthen both the team’s batting and bowling departments, emphasizing mental toughness and consistency in long-format cricket.

As a coach at the ACA Academy, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring a new generation of cricketers, focusing on skill development, fitness, and mental conditioning. My role is to prepare young athletes for both domestic and international cricket challenges.

Assisted the ACA Under-16 team as an assistant coach, supporting the head coach in developing strategies and providing individual attention to key players. This role helped lay the foundation for my future coaching career in youth cricket.

Led Assam’s Senior Women’s team on an exposure tour to Orissa. The tour aimed to provide the team with crucial experience against diverse opponents, enhancing their tactical understanding and adaptability in different playing conditions.
